Found this at Toadly Overlook. This is the first one of these I've run across. Geocaching is my weekend fun.

Thanks for logging it, and welcome to NWAC. Do you happen to have the GC number for Toadly Overlook?

Long Time No See

Postby lvenable07 » Sun Mar 29, 2009 9:14 pm

Found this trackable in Missouri in February of 2008. Held on to it way too long.
Now it is in Dansville, NY, which is famous for being the home of the first chapter of the American Red Cross, opened by Clara Barton and it's annual Balloon Festival. We placed the tracker in a cache in the front yard of some notorious cachers in our area (whom we have not had the pleasure of meeting yet) ButterflyGuy and LadyBug.

History

Postby lvenable07 » Sun Mar 29, 2009 9:29 pm

From what I was able to find, samcyn dropped the trackable on February 9 in Branson Stumper GCGP0Z and my family picked it up on the 18th. It was our first cache in Missouri.

found this card in a cache called "The White House Front Lawn" (GC18J5T). Your organiazation needs to find a way to let non-members log these finds - this took me 3 days to log and I really didn't want to sign up as a member, but I wanted to let you know your trackable was on the move! Happy caching!

Sorry I held this so long, I really had good intentions of placing it sooner, but it seems that every cache I was at last summer/fall was either a micro or I had forgotten to bring this with me. I did place it into a cache a week or two ago - still in the Dansville NY vacinity. We had a day where the weather went up into the forty's - much better than the teens and single digit temperatures we've been having, so I took advantage and went out caching!
