Hit 200 in the Iraqi desert

I finally got 200. It took long enough but hey, how many actually get their 200 by combat caching. If I get lucky, I may be able to leave here around 225. There are nearly 500 in the country. I have to let go many of them I pass. In fact, I have been by several of the ones I just picked up many times.
