FTF Forum? Doctor Needed

Postby Yazzman » Tue Sep 08, 2009 10:17 pm

I need you guys to help me out with a local cacher in the Fort Smith area. I was wondering does anyone know of a good doctor to help him out. CAKnowles, oops did I say his name. I'm just a little worried about him his story telling is out of control.

I think we should have a FTF forum to share stories.

I saw this one come on line so quickly headed south. Upon arrival my heart sank, it was Yazzman. I hollered at him, as I usually do, and he said he had not found it yet. So I grab my flash light and went to work. Every time I would bend over to look under a rock, Yazzman would push me over sideways. After four or five times of this I was getting frustrated. I stood up and said you starting looking and I'll watch. The second rock he turned over we spotted the cache. Yazzman reached for it when out of nowhere a Black ugly motorcycle came running up full tilt and the front wheel was on top of Yazzman's hand. Yazzman was in sever pain, and the guy on the putt, putt put the kickstand down on my leg and stepped off. this guy was LostMontanan and he was big. Well he said give me the cache and I'll move the bike. We had no choice but to say yes. LostMontanan took the cache and opened it up when out of the dark of night a HUGE black Ford 450 came roaring in from the south with lights on high beam. It blinded everybody, it was ManOfSteel. Well let me tell you this guy was bigger than LostMontanan and Yazzman put together. everyone was yelling and screaming that they would sign FTF. During all the ruckus Yazzman slip over and got the cache and ran down the road to a house and told the people there that he was being chased by some robbers. so they let him in and called the police on us. The three of us got hauled to jail and Yazzman got FTF. When we arrived back to the GZ, we flipped quarters to see who would sign next. By the time we finished signing JFFOK showed up and got us calmed down. So this cache may be out of paper before the night is over. Next time I'll stay home and use my Magic Google Pen.

Well, I was excited to see one published 2 miles from the house. Kissed the dogs, said goodbye to the wife and kids and jumped on the cache cycle and headed south. This was to be my first cache with my new Google Magic Pen. I just received it today and boy oh boy was I ready to try it out on a FTF! My excitement turned to disappointment as I rounded the bend and found not one, not three, but two vehicles at ground zero. What? How could this be? I got sniped in my own back yard? NOOOOOO! After determining that Yazzman and CAKnowles were the culprits, I dismounted the cache cycle and began talking shop. After about 10 minutes, the biggest pickup truck I've ever seen pulled up. A mean looking man rolled the window down and said "what are you fellas doing?". Um....nothing, we responded in unison. After we exchanged the secret handshake between us we realized it was none other than Man Of Steel. No, not Superman, but the real live Man Of Steel! We even got to see him smile a time or two. Anywho, the log was quickly in hand, signed, and replaced. We stood around talking and low and behold, JJFok pulled up. We enjoyed some more conversation, and we watched while Man Of Steel and JJ hunted and found the cache. A good time was had by all! TFTC! I wonder if Arkansas Snickerdoodle will get this one?

Let me tell you it’s getting harder to get First to Finds. I headed out 5 minutes after cache posted. I got there with in 15 minutes. I had been searching for about a minute when a mad man honked his horn and jumped out of his car before it had come to a complete stop. As he rolled on the ground his car continued rolling and knocked out 2 fire hydrants just down the road. When you come to the cache you’ll see then laying next to fire station. Once the dust cleared I noticed it was CA again. I them began looking harder. CA was walking in circles and walking back and fourth on the road. I tried to tell him the cacher wouldn’t put it in the middle of the road, But them I remembered a cache at Chaffee that was.
“Almost the middle of Fort Chaffee GCV4PD” Shook my head and quickly found cache. Walked around like I didn’t know where it was. He then started looking where I had just found cache. He left no stone unturned. Once he turned the cache location over and started looking further down the road I placed the cache back in it’s place. I then started asking what rocks he had turned over. He then started looking again. He once again turned everything over and he located it. He was doing a very strange dance while he was yelling I found it. I thought the neighbors where going to call the cops. After all it was dark. He then opened the cache and searched every paper for FTF log spot. Just then he saw I had just signed the log seconds before he found it. If you could have saw how embarrassed he was after doing that dance. Just as he put it back a biker dude showed up. We thought we where in trouble. CA jumped in the ditch fearing the worst. I thought it might be Lostmontanan and it was. I then called out to CA to get out of the ditch. Shortly after that a load truck pulled up with large spot lights going. We could have used those a few minutes ago while looking for the cache. Thought to myself this guy must be an electrician. I don’t if you’ve ever seen those large spot light’s people put out to signal Batman. Man that’s how bright it was. He then turned it off, whew good thing or all of Fort Smith would have been out here. Once I got my eyesight back we found out it was The Man of Steel himself. Neither of them knew we had found it and they started holding there cell phones in the sky to try to get a better signal. They looked like chicken with there heads chopped off. They had been looking 30 minutes and I decided I got to go. CA had already fallen asleep and I headed out. Hope they found it. TFTC …and the FTF…
P.S. May want to get the city to cut the water to the fire hydrants.

Yazzman I pulled up shortly after you left this cache. Read my log. I am not sure a doctor can help.

It is more fun to sit home and read you guy's logs than it is to try for a FTF. This one sounds like it was great fun. I must have been asleep when this one published.......... It is now 4:30 am.

TnT the stories are enjoyable but I am not sure where truth leaves off and lies begin with these two. Whichever might be, we are having some great times out on the geo trails.

I have found a Doctor that can help me with my problem , his name is Dr. Jack Kevorkian. He said something like," I would just need one shot to end it all."

This is why I let them all go out at night, and then I find the cache the next day....much safer that way.

that and CW has been publishing caches RIGHT as I am putting the daughter to sleep lately.
