moving caches

Not much of a rant, but why move a cache location just because you think that it to easy. When you travel very far to get it and you enter the coor's and read the hint and its been moved you really don't know if you enter it wrong or its been muggled. I know your GPS will only get you close but 40 to 50 feet away? What you might think is to easy could be hard for someone else. Well I just had to get it out of my system, thanks for having a place to mouth off in.

I do not believe a cache should be moved by anyone other than the cache owner and then they can post new cords. I agree that what is easy might not be for other people. There are people with varying degrees of disabilities or conditions and hiking to the top of the highest hill might not be for them. I personally like the hiking ones but know there is people that just need or want the easier ones. I think we need a good variety of caches as there is a good variety of people looking for them.

I agree, I don't even think the CO should move caches unless it is really necessary due to muggle activity or some such. I had recently considered moving one of my caches because to get to it, you need to walk through some tall grass and so a "geo trail" has developed leading straight to the cache. But then I decided against it, because a new trail would develop just as fast to the next ocation, and the area does not lend itself to making a difficult hide anyway.
