This is a general question for anyone who's placed or tried to place a cache in Bella Vista.
If a person wants to hide a cache within "POA common ground property", for example Behind the Falls (GCH0RZ) or Hidden Falls (GCH34J), who needs to give permission for such a hide?
I've got a pretty good idea for a six or maybe eight series cache hide (sort of like micro mania) around some really scenic spots in Bella Vista (since there really aren't a whole lot of caches in town), but I'm sure Chuck Walla will flat out deny me unless I give her proof of permission.
I'm a member of the POA, so I don't think there will be a big hold up there... I'm basically looking for knowledge through someone elses first hand experience. - Thanks yall, ARLT1YJ
