My suggestion would be to contact either Geo*Trailblazer1, Cardinal or red ink. They're the benchmarking experts in this part of the country.

Ok, what I have found out is that there is a marker 4.5 meters from this sign. So that would place it 14' & 9/16" from the sign. Now it gets interesting because 15 feet NW of the sign is a 200' bluff. They wouldn't have placed a benchmark on the bluff would they?
