Hello all,

I'm posting here for two reasons: One, just to let everyone know that I'm back in the area now, and have made NWA my new home!

Some of you might remember seeing my only previous post in the "Introduce Yourself" board. I moved my girlfriend's mother to Bella Vista in August, then moved my girlfriend (NativeAZgirl) here in September, stayed here for about five weeks, co-hosted an event here with my girlfriend, then returned to Arizona.

When I returned to AZ, my intentions were to work another Winter flying season as the crew chief on a hot-air balloon, purchase a balloon of my own, and get my pilot's license. However, this year's flying season was going so incredibly slow that I decided to return to NWA, and make my move several months earlier than I had initially planned. So, I returned to Bella Vista the second week of December ('11), and am finally starting to feel like this is now my new home!

Though we did meet quite a few great folks at the event here in Bella Vista (GC34838), it was only a single time at meeting, mingling, and associating with you. So, our memory of names, faces, locations, etc., is not that great! We're hoping to get better acquainted with those folks, and many other geocachers in the NWA area, and do some caching with new friends!

The second reason for my post is to find out if it is acceptable to post an "ad" about some geocaching related items that I have for sale. I have spent quite a bit of time today, browsing the various boards in the forum, trying to find a board that might be specifically for posting such an ad, or some information about where such an ad might be placed. However, I've not seen any!

I don't want to "offend", "spam" or "solicit" any members of the group! I will say that I have a couple of geocaching related items for sale. However, I won't give any more detail about them until I know that it is ok to post the information.

Please let me know!

Dave, as the owner of the domain and administrator of these boards, I see no problem with trying to sell your items here. I never created a specific forum for sales/trades and there doesn't seem to have been much demand for it. However, some time ago, I did post that I had some ammo cans for sale - just don't remember which forum. This one would probably work as well as any other.

I'm planning an event for April 21st, the 3rd annual "Dash for the Cache". Last year we had around 100 people. The listing should be submitted in the next day or so.

I've posted here and in the facebook group page that help would be appreciated, without a whole lot of results, so if interested I'm soliciting...

I've attempted sending you a PM, both from my phone, and from the computer. But, I'm still not sure it the PMs are being sent!

After I compose the PMs, and click the "Submit" button, they appear in my OUTBOX, and not in the SENT MESSAGES. So, I'm assuming they aren't being sent to you!

Maybe you can help me with that?!
