FCC V5.2 or 6.1

How about getting the FCC rolling again? I'm in a caching slump and hopefully it'll get me out there finding 'em again.

What'd ya' say TnT?

My caching time is limited, but not my interest. I'll try to find a few when I can.
So count me in.

Would like to see this one come back out, with some changes to the rules. Like the clock resets when any maintenance is done to a cache, with the exception of a new dry log added.
