On the morning of April 16th, approximately 30 brand new caches that our members have placed throughout Washington and Benton counties will be published. Each of the new caches will have a 3 digit alpha-numeric code written on the log sheet. (These codes will be used by the scorers to verify your finds.)
A list of the caches will be placed in this topic of the NWA Cachers Forums (a link to a google doc will also be placed on the cache page) no later than the evening before the event for your convenience. The list will include the GC number, the cache name and spots for you to record that you found it along with a spot for the 3 digit alpha-numeric code.
Once they’ve been published, simply find as many of them as you can on your way to our event in Bentonville. All normal rules apply, such as: you must sign the log, no traffic violations, good sportsmanship, etc. Once you’ve found all that you can, simply come to the event and turn in your cache list to be scored. They will be spread out such that we don’t expect that anyone will be able to find them all. (Oh yeah, the cutoff for turning in your list is 4PM).
In the event of a tie, the list turned in earliest will win.
