NorthWest Arkansas Cachers

I've been doing some research, some divisions of corps of engineers require a permit to place caches on corps property. From what I've found, it is up to the specific division as to how they handle it. In looking, there does not appear to be any mention of it in the Little Rock corps of engineers guidelines, also I see a number of caches on corp property without any indication of permit numbers.

Has anyone contacted the local corps office and asked about placing caches on Beaver Lake? Chuck Walla enabled one on the lake just a few weeks ago.
