Is the deadline for caches 3 or 4? On the Google Doc it says 4 and on the page it says start turning in at 3.

That's exactly right. The event starts at 3, at which time you can turn them in. The DEADLINE is 4, after which we'll no longer accept your entry.

My wife and I are excited about the event. It looks like a lot of fun and I know that all of those involved have put in some hard work. Thanks to EVERYONE who has worked on this event to offer geocachers a fun time and a chance to get together! See everyone there!
